Terms & Conditions

We provide holiday lighting, permanent roofline lighting, and landscape lighting design, installation, takedown, and storage services. All work is performed as described in your written or emailed quote. Any changes to scope, materials, or location may result in a revised quote and updated pricing.

Products and materials remain the property of Summit Outdoor Lighting unless explicitly sold to you and paid for in full.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. A deposit may be required to reserve installation dates. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be listed on your invoice. Late balances may be subject to a reasonable late fee.

Installation and takedown dates are scheduled based on availability and weather. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions. Cancellations made less than 7 days before a scheduled installation may forfeit any deposit paid.

You are responsible for providing safe access to your property and functioning exterior power outlets on scheduled service dates.

Summit Outdoor Lighting is fully insured. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for damages caused by pre-existing conditions of your property, third parties, or events outside our reasonable control (including weather, power interruptions, or acts of God).

Program description. Summit Outdoor Lighting operates an SMS program to send quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling, service updates, and — with separate opt-in — occasional marketing messages about offers, discounts, and seasonal reminders. Participation is optional and not required to purchase our services.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the type of messages you have opted into.

Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to any message to unsubscribe from further text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information below.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle information collected through the SMS program.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami County, Ohio.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
